Workshop "Recent Trends in Spatial Stochastic Processes"
Oct 3 - Oct 7
Summary
This workshop aims to bring together international researchers that study interacting random systems embedded in space, covering both theory and applications. The focus is on new developments in a wide range of associated research areas such as point-process theory, random graphs, percolation theory, random tessellations, first-passage percolation, random walks, interlacements, dynamical random networks and their related application areas, including wireless networks, interacting biological systems and mathematical physics. We provide an interesting and relaxed program, leaving plenty of time for discussions and exchange of scientific ideas.

Call for abstracts from young researchers
The program provides a few slots each afternoon for talks reserved for young researchers. We fill these slots based on a competitive abstract submission. If you are interested in giving a talk, please send an email to Pim van der Hoorn (w.l.f.v.d.hoorn@tue.nl) (preferably by July 15 2022). that includes title and abstract for your proposed talk.
[Abstracts sent in later might be considered upon availability]
Registration
There is no fee for this event, but we kindly ask all speakers, organizers and participants to register by filling in the online REGISTRATION FORM.
